SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please be patient, for this is a starting business. All artworks is created by hand. For that reason, the process time of shipping will take anywhere between 3-10 business days.
A package will be shipped to a customer's address on an order form, but if the customer needs to disregard an address. The customer can email [email protected] to furthers assist in correcting the customer's address. Once more, TheDripDesignz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the customer's package has been returned for failure of providing the correct address, the customer will be contacted and will discuss further action. If the customer is wanting to send the package to the correct address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When the customer's order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to track the order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to process.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A customer can cancel their order within the time frame of 24 hours of purchasing. But if time exceeds over 24 hours, then ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the customer will no longer be able to cancel their order. However, if necessary to disregard a purchase. The customer can email [email protected]
